Refund policy
We know you will love your blanket as much as we do, but we understand sometimes things can happen that might lead you to want to cancel or return your order. We start making your blanket the day we receive your order, with our designer creating your personalised print files ready for printing. Once that design file is made, we start the printing process. Once we have the roll printed, we load it into the press and start pressing your designs onto the fabric. Once pressed, we begin to cut and prepare the material for sewing. Every blanket is hand sewn and finished with a lot of care and detail. The entire process of designing, printing, pressing, cutting and sewing your orders takes many hours of love and work. Because of this, we are not able to cancel or refund an order once it has passed the printing stage. Whilst we will always aim to produce your order within our 7-10 business day timeframe, the handmade nature of our items means that this will somethings be longer and we encourage you to leave yourself as much time as possible if you are wanting to use our beautiful items for special announcements and arrivals.
Customer Errors
If you have made a spelling error, or incorrectly selected the wrong colour /made another error on your order unfortunately we are not able to offer a refund or complimentary reprint of your product. We do however want you to be satisfied with your blanket, so please contact us anyway and we can work out a reprint at a discounted rate.
Blankids Errors
We endeavour to ensure your products are perfect before they leave our factory, however, we are human and every now and then we might make a mistake. If this has occurred, please email us with the email title > PRINT ERROR [ORDER NUMBER] with the issue and a photo and we will literally get your reprint into the print queue next and ship via express post to ensure you have it ASAP.
Please ensure you contact us within 30 days of receiving your blanket to be eligible for Returns.
