How long will my order take?

We know, you're super excited to receive your order! Our personalised products make for the most special and unique gift, and we don't blame you for sitting at the front door waiting for the postie to arrive.

All our orders are printed, pressed, cut, sewn and shipped over a 7-14 business day period. The timing depends on when you place your order, as if you place your order on a print day that means we won't be printing until the following week and then we begin work on cutting and sewing.

We offer both Standard and Express shipping. Please note, Express Shipping only refers to the shipping portion of your order. Our production time will still be 7-14 working days.

*Please note that there may be times that we exceed these timeframes due to our workload, we will provide estimates on our homepage banner if this Is the case.

I made a mistake on my order, can I change or cancel it?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! For the most part, changing or cancelling your order will not be possible. As soon as we recieve an order, we get to work on the designs. Once your design has been loaded onto the print roll, there is no way for us to make changes. Please by all means send an email to check, but we are not able to make any guarantees.

We ask that you please triple check all the details on the cart page before you checkout to avoid any disapointment.

I'm not happy with my personalised item, what can I do about it?

We quality control every single blanket that leaves our warehouse, however, we are only human and we can make mistakes. On the rare occasoin that this might happen, we will happily remake it for you. All you need to do is send us some photos at and we will assess the issue. Please ensure you contact us within 10 days of your order arriving.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE standard shipping for all orders over $150.

If your order does not reach the $150 mark, don't stress it is affordable!

Standard Flat Rate: $10

Express Flat Rate: $15

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Please note that some countries will charge duties and taxes when the parcel arrives in that country and these charges are to be covered by the recipient of the parcel. We do not pay for duties and taxes.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order leaves us, you will automatically be emailed a tracking link so you can keep tabs on where it is.

My order hasn't arrived yet/is lost!

Trust us when we tell you that when a courier loses your parcel, we are equally if not more frustrated than you. Sadly with the way of the world at the moment (think Covid, floods, fires, train derailments) there just aren't any guarantees in the shipping world.

If your order hasn't moved in a while, or is taking a bit longer than it should we recommend hitting the 'where is my order' button at the bottom of the Aus Post tracking page and filling in their enquiry form. This will often give them the kick in the butt they need to get it to you.

If your order has been officially deemed lost by Aus Post, well that's just the pits. No stress, we would never let you go without and we will remake it for you. Just email us your Aus Post correspondence and your order number, and we'll prioritise you in production.

My shipping address is wrong, can I update it?

Absolutely! As long as we haven't shipped your order, there is time to update the address. Just email us your order number and the correct address:

Where are your products made?

All our products are made right here in Brisbane. We're so proud to support the Australian workforce whilst at the same time, having the visbility to ensure our products are ethical, sustainable and to the highest quality.

Can I create a custom blanket?

Yes! We offer a custom design service for $50. Just email us with your inspo and we'll help make the magic happen.

How do I wash my blanket?

Throw that bad boy in the wash! Our minky fabric is SO durable, and our print process is so colourfast that it will withstand many many washes. We have had customers confirm they have washed out vommit, wees, poos and even blood (we know that sounds a bit weird but its actually a cute story - see our reviews for context)!

Do you offer gift wrapping?

It isn't an option in the store, but if you would like to send directly to a friend or loved one please do send us an email with your request and note. We have a beatiful bespoke tissue paper we can wrap your order in to give it that extra luxe final touch.
